When will my order arrive? TOP
When you place your order and payment received the goods will be packaged and dispatched usually within 24 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Fastways aims to deliver overnight in the North Island and in two nights to the South Island. Please allow another two nights for an RD address. Once the order is confirmed and ready to dispatch, you will recieve an email to confirm with a tracking reference.
Please note that Fastways does not deliver to PO Boxes, and may require a signature on delivery. If you would like your package left with no signature, please note this on the comments section at the check out.
If you require your order urgently, please let me know and I'll do my best to see that it arrives in time for your event.
What are my payment options? Can I layby my order? TOP
There are four payment options:
1. Payment via Paypal
2. Direct credit to a NZ Bank account (the account number will be emailed to you after your purchase is confirmed)
3. Layby option is available for purchases over $50.00. A 20% deposit is required to secure your goods. Regular payments over a maximum term of 6 weeks is appreciated. If you would like to choose this option, please select the direct credit option at check out.
4. Cash on pick up in Pinehaven, Upper Hutt
What happens if the product is faulty? TOP
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, due to faulty workmanship or damage please contact me in the first instance and we can work out a solution. You may return it within 30 days, unused and in the original packaging, and I will either replace, exchange, or give you a refund for the cost of the goods. Replacements are subject to availability.
I'm a Party Planner, Can I use you to purchase my supplies? TOP
Yes! If you have or are starting up a party-based service busines, and are wanting to purchase your supplies at a discounted rate, I would love to work with you. I'm also happy to work with schools, charities, and fundraising events at discounted rates. Please contact me to discuss this further.
Do you offer free shipping? TOP
Yes! Spend $50 or over and qualify for free shipping anywhere in New Zealand!
The product I want is out of stock . When will it come in again? TOP
I try to keep products in stock, but sometimes due to demand and supplier availability that is not possible. If an item is out of stock, it will be on my re-order list. Depending on the time frame for your event, I may be able to order more in for you (please allow up to a month). Please contact me and I can advise!
I want to buy 6 Monkey finger puppets, not a mix of animals. Is that possible? TOP
Whenever possible, yes! Please contact me with any similar requests, and I will advise of availability.
Are there any other shipping options? I'm wanting to purchase a small inexpensive item that would fit in a standard post envelope. Can I choose this option? TOP
Unfortunatley for purchases made through the website there is only one shipping option. The other alternative is to purchase the item via trade me, where most of my stock is listed. Please enter Charlie Horse Parties in the search engine to see all of my listings. If what you are looking for is not there, please message me and I'll set up an auction for you, so you are able to pay the lower shipping.
